Tasting - 2012 Dom de la Condemine
Name: Dom de la Condemine Macon-Peronne
Variety: Chardonnay
Region: Burgundy
Country: France
Year: 2012
Price: $7.95
Winery review: "A light golden hue, floral aromas. Intense, clean and fresh on the palate. Citrus notes, bold acidity. Excellent match to seafood with butter or cream sauces or rich blue cheeses." - authenticws.com
My review: This Chardonnay gave off aromas of a buttery, sour granny smith apple aspect, with hints of sweaty socks, and slightly nutty. On the palate there is no burn which I liked, and there was a granny smith flavor, however the wine was very tart.
This wine was tasted without food.
